Worked out last night and I don’t even feel it. Which is good, but means I need to work a little harder. Had a salad from work for lunch. Going off to work again in a bit and then going to work out tonight! :) I feel good. And I’m finally starting to get some colour from the summer sun, which is so exciting :)
Also, today is payday. So that brightens things up a little :)
